If your enquiry is about your order status for any order made after December 1st 2024, please visit our news page for all current delivery ETA’s. Our team will be unable to provide any additional information on specific order statuses, we can only confirm if it has been shipped or not. Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

As our entire team is currently working on processing and packing orders, please allow for a delay in receiving a reply from our team, as getting orders out is our top priority at the moment.
