Online orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 7 business days, depending on whether there are any local manufacturing requirements to complete the order.

In instances where your order is likely to fall outside of this period, our online orders team will be in touch to advise which item is causing a delay and arranging alternative options to get your order to you sooner.

Delivery times will vary depending on your location and our postal service. We use a combination of Australia Post, CouriersPlease and Aramex from our warehouse in metro Melbourne, Victoria.

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal.

We also offer a buy now, pay later option using PayPal Pay in 4.

Upon successful placement of your order, you’ll receive an email from us which confirms we’ve received your order and includes a tax invoice with your order details.

If you haven’t received an email from us, please check your junk/spam email folder just in case it has ended up there. Alternatively, please contact us at beleza@beleza.com.au or call us on (03) 9702 3218 and we can send you a copy of your order confirmation.

Unfortunately, our 5%-off all full priced items membership benefit is only available in Beleza retail stores.

Our online store has it’s own sales and special promotions from time to time. Please sign-up to our newsletter to stay up to date with our latest news and updates.

We offer 30 day returns or exchanges on our online orders (unless specified). This can be done either online or in-store. Any returns or exchanges are subject to our review criteria (i.e. Items must be unused, tags still attached and in a new and sellable condition, along with proof of purchase).

For in-store returns and exchanges, we’ll let your local Beleza retail store know to expect you and once you’ve arrived with your item, they’ll do the review before processing the exchange request or refund.

For online returns and exchanges, please post your items back to us via the supplied address, including a reply paid envelope in the instance of an exchange. Once the item is returned, it’ll be reviewed by our online orders team before processing the exchange request or refund.

In all instances of refunds, for security reasons they must be applied to the original payment method.

Please note that due to healthy and safety protocols, we do not accept returns on packaged items including socks, tights, leggings or sports briefs.

Our Beleza members discount is only available for retail store purchases, so to access the year-round discount, please head to your local Beleza retail store and speak with our retail team.

To create a membership account, we will need your name and phone number. This information is never shared with any third parties without your prior knowledge and consent. 

Once your account is created, you’ll be able to access the year-round discount, as well as keeping track of your purchase history to help assist with sizing, exchanges and return requests. 

The Annual VIP Sale is run in Term 4 to help families prepare for the following school year and keep back-to-school costs down. While the timing and duration can vary year-to-year, it is generally held in November.

We send information to each School every year to announce the dates, so keep an eye on your School’s newsletter towards the end of Term 3/start of Term 4 for more information. We’ll also announce the Sale dates on our website, so keep an eye on the Locations and News pages to find out more about the Annual VIP Sale.

During the year, we do run special discounts and offers on our products. We always let our Schools know first and we ask them to let their families know via their communication platforms, so please keep an eye out on your School’s newsletter or messaging platforms to keep up to date with any offers that are currently running.

We also offer a 10%-off discount each year for incoming preps or year 7 students in all of our Beleza retail stores, which runs throughout Term 4. To access this discount, please visit us during Term 4 and let our team in-store know that your student is an upcoming prep or year 7 for next year and which school they attend to access this offer.

For all returns and exchanges, items must be brought back within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase provided, and must be in brand new condition (i.e., unwashed, unworn, with swing tags attached, undamaged in a new and sellable condition, and with no markings such as names written on the item).

All returns and exchanges are subject to review prior to approval and action, and in the case of returns, refunds or credit notes will be issued at our discretion.

Please note that due to healthy and safety protocols, we do not accept returns on packaged items including socks, tights, leggings or sports briefs.

Our standard warranty period for manufacturing faults or defects is 6 months for garments and accessories. For our bags, we offer a 12-month warranty for zips and 6 months for all other components.

If you have any issues with your item purchased through us, please take it to the Beleza retail or on-campus store you purchased it through and submit it for a warranty assessment. If you purchased this item via our online store, please call our support team on (03) 9702 3218 or email us at beleza@beleza.com.au to arrange your warranty assessment.

Please note your item will be left with us during this assessment period, so please make plans to be without this item accordingly.

All warranty assessment claims are inspected and reviewed by our production team in Melbourne before an outcome is confirmed. Where an assessment outcome identifies a manufacturing fault or defect within the warranty period, we will repair the items as a first preference in order to reduce waste, but we may offer a replacement if we aren’t able to repair the item.

In instances where a repair is needed outside of the warranty period or where the assessment concludes that the product issue is not due to a manufacturing fault or defect, we may still be able to assist depending on availability of our local production team, however additional costs may apply.

We currently do not offer a Click and Collect service through our online store, although it is something we’re adding in a future update with our new store. 

If you want to have everything prepared ahead of time to speed up your time in-store, you can contact your local store directly and organise an order with them. If you let them know what school, items, and sizes you’re after, they can get those organised, take payment over the phone, and have them ready for you to collect.

Our retail stores are open to the public at all times during opening hours, so no advanced bookings or appointments are necessary to visit us!

However we do know certain students and families may prefer a scheduled appointment due to being a new parent to a School or having students with special sizing needs.

In the instance of a student with special sizing needs, we recommend getting in touch with us as soon as possible ahead of the new school year, as we may need to factor in production times on special sizing items.

In most cases, a School’s uniforms will only be available in the store closest to the School. There are a couple of exceptions that are across two or three Beleza locations, but they are usually due to a School’s catchment zone being equally close to each of those locations.

We’ll also help you to develop a transition timeline, to help families transition out of the current uniforms and into the new designs, to keep costs lower and to ensure there’s no wastage of uniforms
