Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your uniform purchase. Please review our policy carefully before making a return or exchange.

General Return and Exchange Conditions

We accept returns and exchanges for items provided they meet the following criteria:

• Time Limit: The item is returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original sale date.

• Condition: The item must be in as new condition. This means the item is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and has the original tags attached. We cannot accept items that show signs of wear, damage, or smell of strong odours.

• Review: All returns and exchanges are subject to a final review by our team. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet the above conditions.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

Due to the custom nature of some of our products and strict health and safety protocols, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a verifiable manufacturing error:

1. Special & Custom Orders

Items that are custom-made or specially ordered are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. These include, but are not limited to:

• Staff Orders

• Commemorative Orders

• Special Orders (e.g., items with personalized embroidery or specific customization).

These items are custom-made and bought by demand, making them unique to your order. If a special or custom order has a verifiable manufacturing error (e.g., incorrect logo placement, incorrect size delivered compared to the size ordered), please contact us immediately so we can arrange an appropriate resolution.

2. Health & Safety Protocol Items

For the safety and hygiene of all our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that come in sealed packaging and are worn close to the skin. This policy is strictly enforced due to health and safety protocols.

Items that are non-returnable due to hygiene include:

• Socks

• Tights

• Leggings (if packaged)

• Sports Briefs
