Online Order Delays

Due to the overwhelming number of online orders, our dedicated online orders team is working tirelessly to process and ship your uniforms as soon as possible.

However, we want to inform you that any orders placed after 19th December 2024 may not be shipped in time for the start of Term 1. We understand this may cause inconvenience, and we sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through the high volume of orders. Of course, we are doing all we can to ensure any orders made after this time are shipped as soon as possible to meet the back to school deadline, however the significant influx of orders that has not stopped since the introduction of the School Saver Bonus means we do need to realistically consider the possibility that not all orders will be shipped in time for the start of Term 1.

To ensure your family has the necessary uniforms for Term 1, we highly recommend visiting our retail stores, which will reopen on 2nd January 2025. This is the best way to avoid any potential delays and ensure you’re fully prepared for the new school term.

For any customers waiting for order updates, please note that due to the sheer amount of orders, we cannot email you individually with updates to your order. Once your order has been packed, you will receive a tracking number via email. We expect a large amount of orders to be shipped once our retail stores open from January 2nd, as many of your orders require stock to be transferred from our store to the shipping center to be fulfilled.
