Mid-January Delivery and Delay Updates

Due to the influx of customers purchasing via the online store after the release of the School Saving Bonus, we have unfortunately had delays in the processing time and shipping time of all online orders.

To ensure we keep our customers up to date, we want to confirm that we are still on track to have all orders made before 19th of December processed and all available items shipped before the start of the new term. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email that outlines what has been sent – whether it be your entire order or not. Missing items will be sent as soon as the additional manufacturing is completed, and further emails will be sent until the order is fully completed.

We would highly recommend visiting our Beleza retail stores for any immediate uniform purchases needed, as we have ensured our stores are stocked and ready for the back to school period. If any items are missing, orders can be placed on the day and you will be contacted as soon as the items are ready for collection.

While we process your orders, you are unlikely to receive any specific email updates from us other than an initial confirmation of order, and then confirmation of shipment(s), due to the significant time it would take to do so. If you did not receive a confirmation email after placing your order, please feel free to contact us at beleza@beleza.com.au with the name you used when placing your order, and we can confirm and re-send the information for you.

We apologise for the delay in getting our online orders shipped out, and our team will continue focusing our efforts on online orders throughout January to catch-up with the November/December orders, as well as process as many of the January orders as possible so that we can get at least a partial shipment out, if not the full order. We will continue to provide updates via our News page when we have a better idea of our ETA’s for orders after December 19th.
