Mid-March ETA Updates for Online Orders

Dear Beleza Customers,

We wanted to provide an update on the online store given we’ve experienced delays beyond our typical processing times due to the launch of the School Saving Bonus at the end of November 2024.

Our team is still currently actively working on orders made between during January, and will soon be processing February orders for picking and dispatch. Orders made in late December/Early January that haven’t been shipped yet are likely waiting for additional manufacturing or a shipment before being sent out. If all of your order falls into those categories, we apologise that that is what is delaying the order to be shipped out.

In the interim, we have been partial shipping those orders with items that are ready to go, with subsequent shipments as the remaining items become available at no additional cost. You will receive an update via email for partial shipments which include tracking information and the items shipped.

Since the launch of the School Saving Bonus and the anticipated additional demand for our products, we have increased our manufacturing and inventory levels to support the program, which meant increasing the amount of shipments our warehouse in Melbourne have received in December and January. We will continue to receive them in the coming weeks/months, so the remaining items in your order are not too far away.

Due to the significant amount of orders and items involved, and different factors that go into completing these orders, we cannot offer a specific ETA for every order. 

Orders are currently taking on average 4 – 6 weeks to be processed, and from 1 – 2 weeks to be shipped.

Please note that some orders may be sent earlier whilst others later than this depending on the manufacturing requirements to fulfil the order, so please do not be alarmed if you know of another family that received their order sooner, as this is likely the reason why. Orders are getting processed in the date order in which they were placed but shipping will depend on item availability.

As our team is very focused on packing orders to get as many out the door as fast as possible, there are delays in updating our order statuses with partial shipment notifications. While we do appreciate that this can cause additional confusion on order statuses, our focus is to complete as many customer orders as possible so families have their uniforms as early in the term as possible

We would highly recommend visiting our Beleza retail stores for any immediate uniform purchases needed. If any items are missing, orders can be placed on the day and you will be contacted as soon as the items are ready for collection. Our stores are still receiving new stock regularly, and it may be much faster to purchase or place orders in store, as our online delays are not caused by lack of stock, but the significant amount of orders received and the time it takes to process them.

While we process your orders, you are unlikely to receive any specific email updates from us other than an initial confirmation of order, and then confirmation of shipment(s). If you did not receive a confirmation email after placing your order, please feel free to contact us at beleza@beleza.com.au with the name you used when placing your order, and we can confirm and re-send the information for you.

Due to an influx of emails received in the last month, we have been taking significantly longer to reply to emails from our Contact Us page or sent directly to the email above. For any urgent enquiries, please give us a call so we can help you immediately. If you are looking for an ETA for your order, our administration team cannot provide any more specific information than what is in this update due to the amount of variables in place per order.
