Late-March ETA Updates for Online Orders

Dear Beleza Customers,

We wanted to provide another update about the online store as we’re continuing to experience delays beyond our typical processing times due to the launch of the School Saving Bonus at the end of November 2024.

As we have been working through the January orders, we have been finding that it is taking a significant amount of time to work through these, as not only are there an incredibly high number of orders to process, but it has also put a substantial workload on our manufacturing teams who are working very hard to keep up with stock demands for both online and in-store requirements.

With these factors in mind, we can no longer offer a blanket timeline to all orders. Please see the below dates and timelines for all orders. All timelines are from today (March 26th) and are a general timeline. Some orders may be shipped sooner or later depending on requirements of the order.

Orders placed before January 23: 2 – 4 weeks to process plus 1 – 2 weeks to pack and ship

Orders placed between January 24 to February 28: 4 – 6 weeks to process, plus 1 – 2 weeks to pack and ship

Orders placed in March onwards: 6 – 8 weeks to process, plus 1 – 2 weeks to pack and ship

Partial orders: If you have received only part of your order, it is likely that any remaining items are out of stock. Shipping times for remaining items will vary depending on the manufacturing required.

Due to the significant number of orders and items involved, and the different factors that go into completing these orders, we cannot offer a specific ETA for every order. If you are looking for an ETA for your order, our administration team cannot provide any more specific information than what is in this update, so please use the above guide to determine the timeline for your order.

As our team is very focused on packing orders to get as many out the door as fast as possible, there are delays in updating our order statuses with partial shipment notifications. While we do appreciate that this can cause additional confusion on order statuses, our focus is to complete as many customer orders as possible, so families have their uniforms as soon as possible.

If you are able, we would highly recommend visiting your local Beleza retail store for your uniform needs. If the store is out of stock of anything you are needing, our staff can take an order for you and give you a call once the item arrives in-store. Our stores receive stock regularly, so this would likely be faster than ordering online at this stage, as most of the delays online are due to the time it takes to get through the orders and the number of existing orders in the processing queue rather than stock availability.

Due to the increase in emails over the last two months, as well as all our teams helping process online orders, our admin team are taking longer to respond to emails at the moment. They will endeavour to get back to any enquiries as soon as possible.

We appreciate that these delays are frustrating, and we understand the inconvenience they may cause. It is an unprecedented situation for us, but please be assured that we are doing everything we can to complete orders as quickly as possible, including having hired additional staff, working additional hours, and manufacturing extra stock.
