End Of June ETA and Backorder Updates (End of SSB)

Dear Beleza Customers,

With the School Saving Bonus coming to an end, we wanted to offer a final update to highlight the current circumstances regarding ETA’s on both new orders and backorders before the program finishes up on June 30th, and let you know what will happen to any un-used funds.

The End of the School Saving Bonus:

As the School Saving Program comes to an end, we are aware that some families are waiting on out of stock items and want to place pre-orders, so we have opened up our site to now have everything available for sale, even if unavailable. Unfortunately, due to the large queue of items we are currently manufacturing, we cannot offer any ETA’s on any items at this time, but our team is carefully watching stock levels to ensure new orders are placed as soon as necessary.

If any funds are not used (for example, if you allocated $50 and only used $40), the remaining balance will be transferred to the school and put under you students account after June 30th. Beleza will not have access to any unused funds after this date, and cannot process any School Saving Bonus codes both in-store or online, as per the Department of Education guidelines.

As we have now partially or fully completed orders between November – April, our team are working hard to complete May orders by the 27th of June and will be starting on June orders from next week.

Current ETA’s For Orders Not Yet Shipped Partially Or In Full:

Orders placed March and earlier should all be shipped partially or in full. If you have not received anything, please contact us at beleza@beleza.com.au so we can ensure your order has not been missed. If you are waiting for a second partial shipment, please read the information below under the Partial Shipments heading.

Orders placed in April are almost all completed, but please allow an additional week for final shipments from either our warehouse or in-store teams.

Orders placed in May have been completed either partially or in full from our warehouse. However, in some cases, we do require the stores to ship items, and we expect these to be completed in the next 1 – 3 weeks.

Orders placed in May: Warehouse orders to be completed by the end of this week. Store shipments to be completed in 1 – 2 weeks.

Orders placed in June: 3 – 5 weeks to process and ship

ALL ABOVE ESTIMATES START FROM 25/06/2025, NOT THE ORIGINAL ORDER DATE.

Unfortunately, the ETA’s for June and onwards are slightly longer than the February to May timelines as we are receiving a significant amount of orders again, with many families rushing to use up remaining voucher funds on school uniforms.

Partial Shipments:

If you have received only part of your order, this was because the items you requested were out of stock at the time of packing. Shipping times for remaining items will vary depending on the manufacturing required. Items will be shipped out as soon as possible.

Our team is currently working on all backorders from December to February, and shipping orders as quickly as possible. Due to the amount of orders, we are expecting all second/third shipments to be sent within the next 2 – 3 weeks. Partial shipments from March to May will be worked on immediately after, and we will confirm ETA’s for these as soon as December – February have been completed.

Due to the significant number of orders and items involved, and the different factors that go into completing these orders, we cannot offer a specific ETA for every order. If you are looking for an ETA for your order, our administration team cannot provide any more specific information than what is in this update.

If you are able, we would highly recommend visiting your local Beleza retail store for your uniform needs. If the store is out of stock of anything you are needing, our staff can take an order for you and give you a call once the item arrives in-store. Our stores receive stock regularly, so this would likely be faster than ordering online at this stage, as most of the delays online are due to the time it takes to get through the orders and the number of existing orders in the processing queue rather than stock availability.

Email Delays:

Due to the increase in emails over the last few months, as well as all our teams helping process online orders, our admin team are taking longer to respond to emails at the moment. They will endeavor to get back to any enquiries as soon as possible.
Please do not follow up on your emails to us that have not been answered with another email in the same email chain, as this pushes it up in the queue as our emails display in the order which they were received, so any follow-up email in the same chain will be considered as the date sent by our email application.

We appreciate that these delays are frustrating, and we understand the inconvenience they may cause. It is an unprecedented situation for us, but please be assured that we are doing everything we can to complete orders as quickly as possible, including having hired additional staff, working additional hours, and manufacturing extra stock.

We’d like to apologise for these delays and inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience and understanding as we continue to work as hard as possible to get orders out to you.
