Earlier this week, we had issues with the website not sending out any confirmation of receipt.
Good news: If you’ve placed an order with us online, you will now receive your order confirmation and receipt emails as normal. Our online ordering system is working perfectly, and all customer receipts are being delivered.
Email Replies ✓
We can now send and receive emails as normal.
What This Means for You
If you’ve sent us an enquiry or support request, please know we’ve received it, but we were unable to reply until our servers went live again on 26/01/26. This does mean we’ve got a significant backlog of emails on top of the significant increase in calls we receive, but our team is working as fast as possible to get through them all.
